As a health coach, my job is not to “tell you what to do”, but instead to listen to you, and together develop a plan to create real changes in your lifestyle. There is no single way of eating or exercise plan that works for everyone, so my method involves working with each client individually to set realistic goals and help guide you on the path to a healthier lifestyle.
