I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Christine! When I first started I wasn’t sure exactly what I would get out of it (I had never really heard of a health coach before). But when she came we sat down, wrote out what my goals were, and how I could obtain them. We talked about my eating habits, came up with a game plan on how to change them, and if I failed, it was OK. She didn’t make me feel bad or ashamed about it, and instead she gave me support. Christine is very supportive, and listens to what you want to get out of your sessions with her. She’ll come up with a plan, teach you how to execute it, and she has a great sense of humor- which is a major plus for me. In my time with Christine, I lost 40+ pounds, and I still use her teachings to this day. I’ll say this for you to be successful with your goals: you have to be 100% honest with yourself as well as with Christine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!
